Christal Sczebel is passionate about fitness, nutrition, and wellness. She is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant (C.H.N.), Published Author, and Wellness Blogger. 

 

Christal recognizes that everyone is biochemically unique. If one person can be fatally allergic to peanuts while another person can eat peanut butter to their hearts content, how can we think that one type of diet will work for everyone? When approaching your nutritional needs, Christal will assess your medical history, eating behaviours, specific symptoms, likes and dislikes, and lifestyle, to uncover what foods, eating routine, supplements, and habit changes will work best for you. With Christal you will learn how to eat to support your body as the complex operating system it is so that you can feel your best while enjoying a variety of foods that nourish your body and learning to go outside of your comfort zone, at your own pace of course. You will not follow a diet that is restricted or just a quick-fix, instead, Christal will help you to slowly and steadily develop a sustainable “new normal” that keeps you feeling amazing! This doesn’t mean you won’t ever get to eat an indulgent food again! You’ll simply learn how to incorporate those foods into your “new normal” in a balanced and mindful way!

Ardelle Viau is a Certified Holistic Nutritional Consultant (C.H.N.) and Essential Oil educator.  A majority of her experience in the nutrition field came from working in a weight loss center for 8 years.  As much as she loves helping people achieve their weight loss goals, what she finds most effective is helping people realize that weight is just a number and the true measurement of health lies in becoming intuitive to your body’s needs.  After struggling with her weight herself and falling victim to numerous fad diets she eventually came to the understanding, and now teaches her clients the same realization, that no matter what your weight loss goal may be it is never the primary issue. She guides her clients to reaching their ultimate health by doing a complete assessment and developing an individualized sustainable program for each client. She doesn’t believe in extreme lifestyle changes but alternatively knows that anyone can make a huge impact on their health through small improvements within their diet, lifestyle and home environment.

Brianna is a Registered Dietitian (RDN/RD). She comes from a background of competitive dance and sport, and realized at a young age the difference proper fuel can make to sport performance and everyday self-care.

 

She pursued her interest in health education and attained a BSc in Nutrition and Food Science, completed a Dietetic Internship, and now provides nutrition care to the sick in hospitals, as well as those requiring preventative nutrition medicine. She is able to accomodate a variety of health conditions and diseases, as well as address sport-specific goals, food allergies or intolerances, digestive disorders, or weight management concerns. Brianna translates scientific conclusions into practical strategies for her clients and uses a whole-foods-first approach to teach them to select primarily high-nutrient foods, which allows for a perfect balance of health and indulgence
